New Equipment Proposal Engineer
Role:
As a New Equipment Proposal Engineer, you'll be working with a large equipment set that includes gas turbines, steam turbines, compressors, pumps, and turbo expanders and responsible for proposal documents for customers, selecting specific equipment, performing sizing, as well as technical reviews. This equipment is specifically designed to the customer’s needs. These proposals will be used for sales and business development managers.
Responsibilities:
- Create customer specific proposal documents
- Provide technical review
- Perform sizing and mechanical review
- Perform Risk Evaluations and cost analysis
- Work with internal sales as well as external customers, suppliers, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree is required. Master's is preferred.
- 6+ years of prior turbomachinery equipment proposal experience
- Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills are required
- Ability to work with all types of professionals - engineers, sales, technicians, suppliers, people out in the field, etc.
