Maintenance Supervisor | Mid-Level | High Speed CPG Manufacturing | Lancaster County Pennsylvania
Permanent Position with Benefits and advancement opportunity for experienced industrial maintenance engineer with solid leadership, troubleshooting & repair abilities on high-speed production and packaging equipment from the food, Consumer Packaged Goods industries or packaging industries.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical OR Electrical Engineering
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in factories with fast-moving production lines like those in the packaged food, beverage, snack, cosmetics, plastic goods, or OTC pharmaceutical industries.
- 1+ years of supervisory background in manufacturing settings with a demonstrated 'Player Coach' style who leads by example'.
- Practical knowledge of conveyors, motors, pneumatic systems and automated packaging and palatalizing equipment
- Working knowledge of Allen Bradley Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) and MMI are a plus
