Permanent position for an experienced mid-level Engineer with direct experience optimizing processes, leading capital projects and supervising or managing maintenance technicians, electricians and / or mechanics in high-speed industrial manufacturing facilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering - Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Five (5+ ) or more years of industrial experience, leading projects improving equipment performance, reliability and lifespan in high-speed manufacturing processes like those in the food, packaging or consumer packaged goods industries.
- Background supervising or managing skilled hourly maintenance personnel or millwrights
