Job Details:
My client is a well regarded building automation and HVAC Contractor who is looking for an HVAC Commercial Technician with Chiller experience. Somewhere between 2+ years to senior level needed. Has exceptional operational understanding of HVAC systems including split systems, DX systems, glycol, controls, etc. Ability to train customers and contractors on use of equipment Performs standard Preventative Maintenance duties on all HVAC Equipment efficiently and without requiring supervision. Troubleshoots and diagnoses problems, change out compressors, failed parts, etc. on all A/C equipment. Has knowledge and ability to proficiently solder, braze refrigerant lines, water lines, etc. Communicates daily with dispatcher reporting job by job information about equipment ID, estimated time to complete job, labor hours and parts used. Communicate and work together with sales associates and senior leveled associates with customer solutions. Diagnose network issues and work with a variety of vendors to achieve successful unit integration in building management systems (BMS).
