Job Details:
Busy contract manufacturer has a need for a skilled CNC Programmer / Manufacturing Engineer. Primary responsibilities include the creation and modification of programs for 5-axis CNC mills and mill-turn machines. Qualified candidates must possess at least 5-7 years of medical machining experience, strong CAD/CAM programming skills and the ability to set-up and operate machines. FeatureCAM and Swiss experience is a plus.
Selecting tooling & Developing CNC Programs using MasterCam/SolutionWare for manufacturing parts on CNC equipment(75% Mazak machines). Proving out CNC programs with machine operators. Making adjustments to the process/program to manufacture quality machined parts to customer drawings.
1. Must be able to program with MasterCam
