Commercial/Life Sciences/ Higher Education – General Construction- Construction Safety Professional
An excellent Commercial construction company is actively seeking an Construction Safety Manager. An established organization with a strong reputation for high quality work and providing employees with challenging /exciting projects.
- Commercial/Healthcare/Institutional construction background (ground up, addition, renovation work)
- Interior Fit-out construction experience preferred.
- Ability to work/interact with field personnel, contractors and customers
- Manage & provide leadership for the labor, construction, materials, tools and equipment associated with projects.
- Blueprint comprehension, layout and coordination, material handling and inventory, site safety coordination, determining labor and production, ensuring labor hours are achieved, equipment and material resources.
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
Requirements:
- Qualified individuals will have at least 3+ years of Commercial/Life Sciences or Institutional construction experience
- Salary is commensurate with years of experience
