Job Details:
Senior Project Architect with 12 plus years’ experience working on Healthcare projects and/or Science & Technology projects.
Manage all phases of a project with demonstrated technical expertise on projects of various scales and complexities. Supervises small to large teams, produces, delegates and coordinates the work, and reviews and approves the work of all internal and external team members. Provides final review and approvals of all code analysis, material selections, and specifications. Oversee construction document production and management of BIM model. Attends client meetings and regularly interfaces with clients and consultants. Coordinates with all levels of personnel on a regular basis to ensure projects are executed according to plan. Account for the team’s execution of the work in the most efficient and technically feasible manner.
The ability to plan, organize, mentor, direct and evaluate work for others. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Excellent client management and leadership skills. The ability to excel in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment, with an emphasis on customer service, teamwork, communication, follow-through and accuracy.
Requires Bachelors’ degree in Architecture. Registered Architecture or working towards registration. Revit skills are required. Lead the design, documentation, and construction administration process. Familiar with Adobe Photoshop and Sketch-Up.
