Implementation Manager - Change Management
Our client is looking for a Project Manager that has a strong background in implementing and integrating systems to work work for their corporate headquarters in Wilmington, DE. This person will be responsible for leading, overseeing and launching new company systems as well as integrating the current systems. A key piece to this job is understanding Organizational Change Management and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must have 5+ years of Change Management experience
- Must have experience with IT Implementation and Integration strategy
- 3+ years experience working in an Enterprise Environment
- Good communication skills are a must
- Experience with ERP systems is a must
- Workday implementation experience is preferred
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
