Job Details:
Project Architect with 10 plus years’ experience working on Healthcare projects.
Manage all phases of a project from small to mid-size projects. Coordinate the work assignments and reviews. Work of all internal and external team members. Knowledge of all code analysis, material selections, and specifications. Attends client meetings and regularly interfaces with clients and consultants. Coordinates with all levels of personnel on a regular basis to ensure projects are executed according to plan.
Excellent presentation and communication skills. Excellent client management and leadership skills. The ability to excel in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment, with an emphasis on customer service, teamwork, communication, follow-through and accuracy.
Requires Bachelors’ degree in Architecture. Registered Architecture or working towards registration. Revit skills are required. Design, documentation, and construction administration process. Familiar with Adobe Photoshop and Sketch-Up.
