Service Desk Manager
Our client located in Dover, DE is seeking a Service Desk Manager to run their team of 5 Service Desk Associates. This team is responsible for incident response as well as delivering business generated service requests while driving process improvement and maintaining relationships.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience managing a 24/7 service desk
- 3+ years experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Experience and understanding of Windows operating systems, SCCM and Dell Hardware
- ITIL Certification preferred
- Ability to travel locally about 20% of the time
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
