Client company is near the Wisconsin border is seeking to up grade all areas of production & their facility. Company is seeking a can do engineer that has a MacGyver approach to fixing & improving the process. Candidate should have a track record of increasing productivity in all areas of the manufacturing works, along with maintenance. He or she should come from a large metal or steel Fabrication shop & have that tinker mentality. Great job for someone who likes to see the fruition of their work be applied to the greater good. Candidate should have a minimum of 3-20 years background in process improvement & seeing profits grow.
