Mechanical Engineer - Product Development
- Experience overseeing a team in new product development in Industrial Automation
- Lead engineering to meet Company objectives for design, new product development and improvement of existing products
- Ensure the timely delivery of quality and cost-effective engineering projects to customers.
- Develop training programs for Design, Tooling, and Programming/CNC work groups.
- Facilitate timely and effective completion of projects
- Manage various capital projects within budget and on time
- Five years of experience designing products using AutoCAD - experience with precision machining
- Master’s in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree preferred
