Community Manager
A real estate organization is seeking a community manager to join their team. This candidate will be responsible for over 500 units. Experience with Section 8 / Affordable Housing is required.
• Oversee the budgeting and forecasting for the property
• Assist the accounting team with maintaining accurate records
• Conduct property visits
• Negotiate and maintain contracts for maintenance
Qualified candidates must have 5 plus years of Section 8 / Affordable housing experience as a property manager. A BS Degree is required.
