LCO2 Product Manager
My client is looking to expand their team in Bridgewater, New Jersey.
Responsibilities include:
- Supports and identifies opportunities for improvement of the current year profit performance for the LCO2 business in Americas
- Aligns 1 year tactical decisions with 3-year strategic plans per plant/powerzone. Identifies when conditions change and 3 year strategic plan needs to be modified.
- Helps monitors competitor activity by gathering feedback from Sales & Marketing and Operations teams
- Provides input for decisions regarding competitive swaps, purchases, feedgas agreements, etc.
- Coordinates ongoing surcharges (diesel, outage and power) for LCO2 business with Supply Chain Planning and Sales & Marketing.
- Lockdown lead in US for LCO2
- ROCT tool approvals per DOA
- Responsible for ROCT data updates (costs, product availability, sources, etc.) on a regular basis
- Provides day to day business development/sales support on pricing, product availability and key commercial terms in accordance with the DOA for Area Sales Managers, or the equivalent
- Analysis and support for LCO2 Commercialization DRI
- HPO cost savings analysis – lead and coordinate efforts for LCO2 investment cost savings including network and feedgas pricing impact
- Key participant in Sales & Operations planning process facilitating communication between Operations and Sales & Marketing. Product Management lead for the S&OP demand meetings.
- Provides analysis and support to the annual planning/budget process
- Provides analysis and support for product and pricing strategy, capacity planning, 3 year strategic plans and preliminary analysis for investment cases
Qualified candidates should have a background in the following:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration or similar.
- Minimum 7 years experience in business environment – familiarity with Messer’s commercial and/or operations a plus
- Leadership, communication, strategic thinking, commercial acumen, negotiation, data analysis, financial modelling, MS-Office
- MBA or equivalent preferred
- Strong analytic, quantitative and financial skills
- Sound business judgement
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
