Electrical Controls Engineer - Mission Critical
Award-winning Automation Systems Integrator seeks Sr. Electrical Controls Engineer with a specialization in Process Controls and programming/design of PLC's, HMI's, SCADA to include Schneider Electric/Modicon or Rockwell/Allen Bradley. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is strongly preferred.
Priorities:
- Accountability, reliability, and a great attitude
- Understanding of mechanical processes associated with central plants
- Schneider Electric Unity Pro experience strongly preferred
- Citect HMI/SCADA (a plus, not a requirement)
- Ignition HMI/SCADA (a plus, not a requirement)
- Comfortable with travel, 25-50%
Industries: Power Generation, Oil & Gas, large-scale Pharma/Biotech, Semiconductor, Cogen Plants, Combined Cooling Heat and Power, Coal-fired Power Plants, Nuclear Power Plants, Fossil Fuel Power Plants, Water treatment, Boiler Control.
- PLC programming, design
- HMI development including FactoryTalk View and Studio 5000
- Nuclear power plant design including control system design a plus
- Data Centers/Industrial HVAC/Building Management Systems a plus
- Development of P&ID's
- Commissioning, implementation and start ups
- Process Controls
