BUILDING AUTOMATION BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE
Well respected BAS and Energy Management Company is actively seeking an experienced Business Development Representative. Must have direct BAS sales experience.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Review Bid Lists and sales publications to identify potential opportunities
- Review plans and specifications to qualify potential opportunities
- Prepare cost estimates and proposals
- Perform site walks in order to develop scope and /or clarify items
- Influence MEP Engineers, contractors
