Sr. Electrical Controls Engineer - Mission Critical
Award-winning Automation Systems Integrator seeks Sr. Electrical Controls Engineer with a specialization in Process Controls and programming/design of PLC's & HMI's to include Rockwell/Allen Bradley, Siemens, GE Fanuc, Schneider Electric/Modicon. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred.
Industries: Power Generation, Oil & Gas, large-scale Pharma/Biotech, Semiconductor, Cogen Plants, Combined Cooling Heat and Power, Coal-fired Power Plants, Nuclear Power Plants, Fossil Fuel Power Plants, Water treatment, Boiler Control.
- PLC programming, design
- HMI development including FactoryTalk View and Studio 5000
- Nuclear power plant design including control system design
- Development of P&ID's
- Commissioning, implementation and start ups
- Mentor Jr Engineers & operate independently
- Develop HMI graphics for systems including burner management, boiler, turbines
- EIT/PE/PMP a plus
- PLC conversions/migrations
- Configure IP addresses for PLC, Flow meters, VFD
- BOM's
- Ability to travel 30-50%
- Industrial HVAC background a plus
