Job Details:
ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER
Suburban Philadelphia architecture & design studio actively seeking an Architectural Designer.
Essential Job Functions:
Working with senior design staff to develop plans, sections, elevations and 3D representations of a project
Develop design options and alternatives for review with senior staff
Managing material selections and coordinating with material vendors (brick, flooring, roofing materials)
Building physical and digital models
Coordinating with design consultants and an architect of record
Creating presentation drawings and models
Ability to manage other team members within one year of start date.
Experience and Qualifications:
7-10 years of experience
Strong time management and organization skills
Concise and articulate verbal and written communication skills
Must work well independently and in a collaborative team environment
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat) and MS Office Suite
Experience with Revit is essential. Rhino, SketchUp, and 3Ds Max are a plus.
