Property Manager - Residential Experience – 200+ units
Our client owns a beautiful market rate apartment building in the area. We are assisting them in their search for a Property Manager.
An ideal candidate will have a minimum of the following:
- Several years of experience on large apartment complexes
- Strong Problem Solving skills
- Highly organized and Strong leadership skills
- Person of integrity and pride in work
- Experience leading a team of at least 5 direct reports
- Experience with Marketing & Planning for future Tenants
