An excellent medical communications client of ours is actively looking to hire an experienced client services professional to manage and lead client relations with assigned accounts/clients. Individuals with strong medical communications agency experience (Commercial and/or Publications) are encouraged to inquire. This is a great opportunity for an individual with experience being client facing, managing tactical implementation, leading client calls and aiding senior leadership in achieving strategic objectives.

Individuals will have at least five (5) or more years of industry specific experience, in a client servicing/client management focused role working with pharmaceutical clients. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience. Applicants at the Account Manager, Senior Account Manager or Account Director level with relevant industry experience will gladly be considered.
Qualifying for this position requires the following:
- 5+ years of account services/account management experience in a client facing role within a medical communications company setting
- Medical Communications industry experience is required: (Commercial, Publications/Pub Planning, Medical Affairs)
- BA/BS College degree preferred
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
- Strong ability to work with & guide the project management team to participate in all phases of the project life cycle from concept thru to completion
- Ensure that client service delivery meets customer needs while strengthening client relationship in order to expand business opportunities
- Direction of junior staff experience (project coordinators) is a plus, not required
- Excellent time management and fiscally responsible budget maintenance
- Excellent relationship building, attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Project)
