Water Resources Engineer
My client is looking to add a Water Resources Engineer to its talented staff. The qualified candidate will have a BA in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Water Resources Engineering. The right professional will have at least 4 years’ experience with green infrastructure projects, hydraulic structure design including hydropower restorations, dam/levee, and related permitting and construction support. The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree as well as experience in team leadership responsibilities. Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Water Resources Engineering or related field of practice is required. Master’s Degree is preferred.
- 4+ years’ experience in civil - site design, with direct involvement in surface water hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, water control structure designs, and permitting.
- Proficiency in industry standard Hydrologic and Hydraulic modeling software as well as ArcView-GIS
