Senior HVAC Engineer
Growing well-established MEP firm in Manhattan is seeking a Senior Level Mechanical HVAC Engineer who likes to be hands on MEP Projects.
Job Description and Duties:
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- NYC code knowledge
- Experiences with mechanical hvac load calculations.
- Work on a diversity of projects-Entertainment, Corporate, Retail, Sustainable Design etc.
- Experience working on MEP HVAC design projects
- 5-25+ years experience working in an MEP consulting environment
- Autocad experience or revit
- Shop Drawings review & process
- Layout HVAC systems using AutoCAD
- Specifications preparation
- Coordinate with architects and engineers for compliance
- Documentation of all shop & project drawings
- Team player with good communication skills.
