Job Details:
Quality Control Instrument Technician
Renowned Systems Integrator seeks:
- QC inspections, testing instruments & control panels
- Wiring, fabrication & testing control panels
- Instrument and control systems including transmitters, PLC's and instrument loops
- Flow meters, pressure probes, temperature probes, and level probes.
- PLC logic and software platforms for I/O testing (Allen-Bradley, Siemens)
- Writing work orders
- Electrical wiring and testing of both DC and AC up to 480 volts
- Verifies the Bill of Materials for the panel being tested in house
- Power & test 120 VAC, 24VDC, and 480V voltage electrical systems
- Ability to work OT and weekends when necessary
- Experience working with PLC's, HMI's & SCADA systems including Allen Bradley, Wonderware, Siemens
- Oil & Gas, Water/Wastewater, Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical experience preferred
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to work well independently
