Maintenance Mechanic
We are currently seeking qualified individuals for 6:30 pm- 7 am/ 4 days on/4 off shift.
Needed is a Maintenance Mechanic positions for a outstanding Manufacturing company
Requirements:
- Minimum of two (2) years experience troubleshooting and setting up packaging machinery
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Fabricating machine parts, welding
- Installing machinery and mechanical equipment
- Routine maintenance work on machinery
- Ability to work with little supervision
- Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs, servo controls and VFDs preferred
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatic, hydraulics, machine drive systems, stainless welding and fabrication.
- Power distributions experience preferred
- Preventative Maintenance
- Continuous Improvement culture
- Troubleshooting skills pertaining to electrical systems and ability to read schematics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree in a technical field is desired (Electo-Mechanical)
- Reading manuals/instructions Strong personal computer skills using MS Office (Excel, Word, Access)
- Be flexible in working schedule, able to work some weekends and work 10 hour shifts.
