Manger/Director Vulnerability Management
Our client with their national headquarters in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Manager or Director for their Vulnerability Management team. This person will be responsible for managing a team as well as selecting, implementing,optimizing and integrating vulnerability tools throughout the Enterprise. Will also be responsible for vulnerability road map working with product strategy and security engineering teams.
Qualifications:
- Must have experience building or transforming vulnerability management and application security programs within a global enterprise
- 5+ years in an Enterprise environment
- Must have at least 2 years experience leading a vulnerability management team and operating vulnerability management tools
- 10+ years managing IT Security initiatives
- 6+ years of management experience
- Understanding of how vulnerability data integrates into Splunk, ServiceNow, Archer and Jira for use by other teams
- Experience delivering policies and procedures
- Strong background in common cyber security domains like data protection, access control, encryption, identify management, security operations and application security
- At least a CISSP, CISM, CISA, Security+, CEH, GCIA or related certification
- Must be a US Citizen or Green card holder.
