Job Details:
Our client, a Highly Reputable Construction Firm, is looking to hire an Estimator. They are looking for someone specializing in the construction of Big Box Retail, pad sites, strip malls, fast food and similar projects. Ideal candidate MUST be able to estimate all aspects of the construction project from ground-up including, core & shell, MEP, and Interiors.
An ideal candidate will have a minimum of the following:
- Several years of experience in commercial construction
- Able to manage multiple projects at a time
- Experience with estimating FULL projects
- Strong Problem Solving skills
- Highly organized and Strong leadership skills
- Person of integrity and pride in work
