Mechanical Construction Superintendent
My client is looking to add a Mechanical Superintendent to its talented staff. The qualified candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience in a site supervisory position with Mechanical HVAC projects. Candidates with exposure to a large variety of project types such as corporate, education, healthcare, hospitality, large commercial, industrial, retail, etc are greatly preferred. This company handles everything from new construction to renovations and retrofits. Requirements / Qualifications:
- BS degree in Mechanical Engineer, Construction Management, or another related field preferred but not necessary
- 5+ years’ experience as a Construction Superintendent across a variety of project types and sizes
- Demonstrated ability to handle high stress situations while maintaining quality of work
- Proficiency in the use and application of current industry standard technology
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
