Mechanical Project Manager
My client is looking to add an HVAC Project Manager to its talented staff. The qualified candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience with the capacity to run a projects up to and exceeding 15MM in value. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of HVAC system construction and installation specifically within commercial and industrial environments. This Company handles everything from new construction to renovations and retrofits. Requirements / Qualifications:
- BS degree in Mechanical Engineers, Construction Management, or another related field preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in construction project management with an emphasis on HVAC and mechanical systems
- Demonstrated ability to handle high stress situations while managing tight schedules
- Proficiency in the use and application of current industry standard technology
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
