Job Details:
My client is seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer who will perform development and system administration duties on our enterprise Identity and Access Management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform recurring system administration tasks and serve as the principal level 2/3 support technician for Microsoft Identity Manager, OneLogin, PingFederate and Duo to assure system stability, reliable business processes and positive end-user experience.
- Design and implement new business solutions using FIM / MIM that automates the administration of user access to business systems and applications and integrations of SSO with other systems.
- Create architecture and design based on requirements.
- Create custom objects, management agents and custom portal workflows in MIM to implement the designed solutions.
- Develop test cases and deployment documentation.
- Deploy and support the Production environment and participate in an on-call rotation through PagerDuty.
- Develop and implement an ongoing regimen of software updates to assure the platform is secure, stable and efficient.
- Develop audit and attestation processes to improve system governance.
- Serve as an administrator of the OneLogin SaaS platform, PingFederation, and Duo.
- Participate in and/or lead technology projects to successful completion.
- Provide troubleshooting of complex systems and application problems and issues.
- Monitor systems performance and troubleshoot problem areas as needed.
- Monitor service request queues and respond to requests.
- Provide additional support for the Active Directory environment and other infrastructure used in Identity Management.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree required
- 3+ Years' experience as a Microsoft system administrator, including in-depth knowledge of Active Directory administration and support.
- Experience with object-oriented languages, C# or similar.
- Well versed in SQL and LDAP query logic.
- Experience implementing IDM solutions using Microsoft Identity Management products - Microsoft Identity Manager 2016.
- Experience creating MIM rules, management agents, extensions and custom workflows using VB.net and C#.net
- Solid working knowledge of Windows Server 2008 and 2012, federated services, task scheduling and management.
- Ability to install, modify and support hardware and software components of identity management (IDM) infrastructure.
- Familiarity with MS PCNS or other password synchronization.
- Well versed in Powershell scripting.
- Experience supporting Single Sign On (SSO) solutions such as ADFS, Okta, OneLogin.
- Experience in all elements of general system administration - configuring and troubleshooting network connections, DNS, file systems, back-ups, light database administration, etc.
- Experience with enterprise change management procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized and professional.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow through on completion of tasks.
- Ability to logically think through a process before it is implemented and anticipate pitfalls and fall back options
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
