CyberArk IAM Analyst (Identity and Access Management)
Information Security - Identity and Access Management Business Analyst
The role requires interaction with global IT partners and information security personnel providing business analysis, project management, documentation and facilitation to work streams supported . Projects will include improving process and technical controls around emergency and temporary privileged access, working with business and technology personnel to identify and remediate privileged accounts that are out of compliance, implementing security event monitoring processes and tools, and defining analytical approaches to identify privileged account misuse.
Responsibilities:
Coordinates activities of the project team, identifies necessary resources and develops schedules to meet completion deadlines.
Verifies project team adherence to control and risk implementations as well as standards and process changes.
Determines scope and impact of project risks and issues; raises and resolves issues.
Applies good understanding of concepts and procedures within own IT project leadership area to resolve issues.
Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of how areas of IT project leadership collectively integrate to contribute to achieving business goals.
Provides evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information in complicated and unique situations.
Directly impacts the IT project leadership area through shared responsibility for delivery of end results and contribution to planning, budget management and formulation of procedures; influences resource planning.
Persuades and influences others through communication and diplomacy skills; may negotiate with external parties.
Consult with stakeholders to gather and document requirements and specifications for solutions and enhancements.
Gather and analyze data from multiple sources; develop reports and key risk indicators.
Communicate project plans and routine updates on project status and issues/risks to the project team, stakeholders and management.
Document and maintain program related training and awareness materials and communications
Facilitate discussions, conduct meetings and drive initiatives and issues to conclusion
Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years experience in project management and business analysis with experience using a structured methodology.
In-depth knowledge of technology, security, risk, and compliance best practices. Strong capability in interfacing with both technology and business areas.
Ability to define a framework to analyze complex business problems, conduct cost/benefit analysis and present solutions.
Experience managing both process improvement and software development projects.
Past experience with Authentication or Identity and Access Management projects preferred.
Prior experience with privileged identity management information security best practices is a plus
Advanced analytical problem solving skills, including the ability to analyze datasets and present in a format that facilitates senior management decision making.
Proven ability to work independently and in a multi-tasking environment
Strong communications skills & facilitation experience across all levels of leadership
Experience with analyzing and documenting business requirements and interfacing with application developers
Strong understanding of secure systems development lifecycle
Proficient in using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)
Proficient in the use of Atlassian project management tools (JIRA, Confluence)
Prior Experience with CyberArk or other privileged access management tools
Education:
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
