Electrical Automation Controls Engineer
Respected manufacturer seeks experienced PLC programmer and Controls Engineer:
- Bachelor's/Associate's degree in Engineering
- 2+ years of machine control systems or process controls experience
- PLC programming, design and troubleshooting
- Programming, design of PLC, HMI code from scratch; AC/DC motors and drives
- Siemens PLC programming, design strongly preferred
- PLC: Rockwell/Allen Bradley, Direct Logic, GE
- HMI: FactoryTalk, Wonderware programming, development from scratch
- Ability to troubleshoot and modify PLC, HMI, SCADA's mentioned
- Rockwell SLC/PLC Systems, GE 90 series or older platforms and/or Siemens S5 PLC
- Controls Systems troubleshooting including Allen Bradley & Siemens
- HMI: FactoryTalk View SE, RSView, Intellution iFix, VTScada, Wonderware InTouch & ArchestrA
- AC motor controls, hydraulics and pneumatics
- Maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment and production machines
- Mechanical aptitude
- Electrical schematics
- US Citizenship or Green Card
