Electrical Controls Engineer Robotics Programmer
Top Automation Solutions Integrator seeks robotics programmer with proven ability to work on FANUC and ABB robots, as well as PLC & HMI programming background:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering; preferably electrical
- 2+ years of controls and/or industrial robotics engineering experience
- FANUC & ABB robotics programming
- Ability to diagnose Mechanical & Electro-Mechanical systems
- Design electrical control plans for automated equipment
- PLC's, HMI, SCADA & VFD design, programming from scratch
- Rockwell/Allen Bradley, Siemens, DeltaV, Factory Talk, Wonderware, Modicon
- Material Handling, Conveyors, Water/Wastewater, Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing experience
- 'Pick/Pack/Pal'; robot cell controls background
- Knowledge of conveyor systems and process flow in production line automation
- CAD or drafting skills
- Commercial robot devices including fully articulated robots, SCARA robots, parallel axis robots
- Comprehension of process flow production line automation
- Perform robotics simulations
- Project Management/leadership a plus
- Willing to travel up to 10-15%
- Great client interaction skills
