Job Details:
My client in the Philadelphia suburbs recognized for innovative architectural design is expanding and is seeking a Project Architect with a minimum of 4+ years experience in industrial buildings, precast, and commercial projects to work closely with the architectural team from conceptual design thru permit drawings, construction drawings, and construction administration. Strong design, coordination, detailing and collaborative skills desired. In addition, candidates must have: Minimum 8-10 years experience Good Listening Skills Must be technically proficient Able to problem solve and trouble shoot to pinpoint and resolve errors in early stages to avoid time/cost expenditures Proven Design and Detailing Experience Strong Writing, Collaborative, & Communication Skills Microsoft Office including PowerPoint & Excel Working Knowledge of AutoCAD Architecture, Sketch-Up and Photoshop. Autocad or REVIT a plus. Registered not a must.
