Senior Financial Reporting Accountant
80-90K and Bonus
Easton, PA
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual SEC reporting (10-Q, 10-K)
- Assist with the accounting month end close, financial statement preparation, Consolidations and reporting as well as variance reporting.
- Understand, maintain and update our reporting framework for SEC compliance
- Perform general ledger account reconciliations, cash flow statements preparation and analysis
- Assist in compliance of Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act
- Research complex transactions, technical accounting policies and documenting the respective changes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- CPA or progress towards a CPA is preferred
- 4+ years of public accounting and/or corporate accounting experience from a mid-size / large corporation
