Control Systems Engineer
Respected Automation Systems Integrator seeks Controls Engineer with a specialization in PLC programming:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; preferably Electrical
- 2+ years of process controls engineering
- Project Management/Technical Leadership a plus
- PLC programming; specifically RSLogix 500/5000 & Simatic STEP 7; CompactLogix, ControlLogix
- Rockwell/Allen Bradley, Siemens, Modicon, Schneider Electric, GE Fanuc, Wonderware, Factory Talk View, Cimplicity programming
- VMware and Hyper‑V
- HMI: FactoryTalk View SE, RSView, Intellution iFix, VTScada, Wonderware InTouch & ArchestrA
- SCADA: Proficy Historian, iHistorian
- Rockwell Historian, GE Proficy Historian, Intellution iHistorian databases
- SCADA/HMI: Factorytalk, WinCC, InTouch
- Vision systems, Motion controlsBOM, VFD, P&ID's
- Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech, food & beverage, chemical, water/wastewater, material handling, manufacturing and process controls
- Design, implement, install, and troubleshoot industrial process control systems
- Automated machinery, conveyors, motion control
- Willingness to travel
- Great client interaction skills
