Job Duties & Qualifications:
- Design & Development of plumbing & fire-protection systems.
- Preparation of engineering drawings and specifications.
- Experience working on a diversity of projects-commercial/corporate, schools, Pharma, retail, Data Centers, Municipal, etc.
- Familiarity with NYC Codes.
- Survey and evaluation of existing conditions.
- Prepare code studies, written reports, and code compliance reviews.
- Proficient with AutoCAD.
- Team player with good communication skills.
