Lead Investor Relations Analyst

110-125K and Bonus
Role:
As a Lead Investor Relations Analyst, you'll be responsible for helping develop and implement investment plans, reporting, as well as working with outside vendors, outside banks, and rating agencies. This person will also be responsible for analyzing the market analysis, competitive analysis, valuations, metrics, etc. in order to help the advise senior management on investment decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day to day investor relations activity
- Manage the day to day relationships with Asset Managers, Banks, custodians, the selection process, etc.
- Help develop and implement procedures, plans, reporting, etc.
- Be the source for market information, competitive analysis, trends, metrics, etc.
- Work with business leaders to help them with business planning, decision support, negotiations, etc.
- Work with and support Treasury functions
- Special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- 8+ years of progressive treasury or investor relations experience is required
- Prior experience with modeling, investment analysis, dealing with credit rating agencies, model scenarios, etc.
- Prior experience within a ERP System is a plus
