Construction Manager (Pharma/Cleanrooms)
My client is looking for a Construction Manager to perform a variety of activities, including estimation, project management, subcontractor sourcing, and management of field estimators related to construction of industrial type facilities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in construction and construction management on INDUSTRIAL Projects
- Extensive trade base knowledge and contacts within all subcontract disciplines
- Be very knowledgeable in all areas of construction, including applicable OSHA &local construction laws
- Experience in construction of Clean Rooms & Pharmaceutical processes
- Excellent communication, inter-personal and time management skills
- Travel is required
