Job Duties & Qualifications:
- Bachelors of Architecture Degree
- Registered in PA.
- Minimum of 8-15+ years of experience as an Architect.
- Experience with Building Envelopes and/or Façade evaluations and inspections.
- Experience working on construction documents, schematic designs, and design developments.
- Experience working on a diversity projects-Public, Transportation, Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional.
- Review production drawings and specifications
- Shop Drawings review & process.
- Knowledge of building materials and construction methods and codes and regulations.
- Team player with good communication skills.
