Sr. Data Center Controls Engineer
Reputable Automation Systems Integrator seeks a hands-on Sr. Data Center Controls Engineer looking to take the next step into a Sr-level/Technical Lead position. The successful candidate will have vast experience in Allen Bradley PLC/HMI's & expert-level Building Management Systems knowledge and experience:
- Bachelor's in Engineering
- 4+ years of Process Controls, Industrial HVAC engineering
- Data Center experience strongly preferred; also Energy Efficiency, Cogen Plants, Combined Cooling Heat and Power, Industrial HVAC, Central Plant Utilities
- Fast-paced Construction experience on large jobs a plus ($5 million)
- Building Management Systems/Building Automation Systems
- Generators, chillers, UPS's, power monitoring, leak detection, cooling towers, Air Handling Units, Computer Room AH/AC, instrumentation
- PLC, HMI, SCADA, DDC BMS programming, implementation, development & design experience
- PLC: Schneider Electric, Allen Bradley/Rockwell
- SLC-500, RS Logix & ControlLogix, CompactLogix, FactoryTalk View, Siemens, Wonderware InTouch & Archestra, GE Fanuc
- Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Semiconductor, Biotech, large-scale Pharmaceutical, process controls industries a plus
- Networks: EtherNet, ControlNet, DeviceNet, Profibus/Profinet, Modbus
- P&ID's
- Superior client interaction skills
- Ability to travel
