Assistant Construction Project Manager – Multi-family Experience
Our client is a Highly Reputable Construction Firm, specializing in the construction of multifamily, condo, apartment, and similar projects. We are seeking to assist them in the hiring of an Assistant or Junior Level Project Manager. APM will be responsible for working on multiple projects and working on estimating, proposals, change orders, spec sheets, and similar work.
An ideal candidate will have a minimum of the following:
- Strong knowledge in the construction industry
- DOB Permitting knowledge
- Some experience on Apartment or Condo buildings
- Able to manage multiple projects at a time
- Highly organized and Strong communication skills
- Person of integrity and pride in work
