Talent Acquisition Manager
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager for a 6 month contract to hire. You must have Operations and IT staffing experience. You must not be timid. We are looking for someone with the following experience:
• 3-5 years of experience (successful experience in a high volume contract staffing agency environment preferred).
• Someone who is very personable. Must be able to interact with executive level.
• Detail oriented with proven excellence in time management
• Ability to multitask without becoming overwhelmed
• Experience working the full recruiting life cycle from cradle to grave. (Gather requirements, post positions, source, screen, set up interviews, collect feedback for next steps, create offers, deliver offers, initiate onboarding)
• Self-starter with the ability to operate independently.
• Ability to think outside the box with recruiting tactics
• Multiple ATS experience
• We’re seeking a go-getter who has worked the pie in the sky staffing and wants to carve out a successful, long term, corporate groove.
• This person will not be managing people – they will be managing the recruitment program for a business vertical
