Maintenance Technician
My client is looking to add a Maintenance Technician to its talented staff. The qualified candidate will have 1-3 years’ of experience in maintenance of high-end residential properties. This role will be responsible for performing maintenance activities including MEP, Exteriors, Interiors, etc. This is an excellent opportunity with a generous starting salary, advancement opportunities and an excellent benefits package!
Requirements / Qualifications:
- One-year certificate from college or technical school; and/or 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
- Ability to compute rate, ratio and percentage, plus calculate area and perimeter
- HVAC/EPA and CPO Certifications preferred.
