Maintenance Supervisor
My client is looking to add a Maintenance Supervisor to its talented staff. The qualified candidate will have at least 5 years’ of experience in supervisory role handling maintenance of high-end residential properties. This role will be in charge of direction and oversight in all maintenance activities including MEP, Exteriors, Interiors, etc. The ideal candidate will have a hands on technical background as well as experience managing. Requirements / Qualifications:
- One-year certificate from college or technical school; and/or 5-10+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to residents, prospective residents, vendors and other employees of the organization
- Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
- Experienced with Microsoft Office, email and Internet skills
- HVAC/EPA and CPO Certifications preferred.
