Civil Construction Estimator
Our client, a Highly Reputable Construction Firm, is looking to hire a Civil Estimator. Candidate will have experience with a variety of private and public land development projects. Requirements include a Civil Engineering degree and five years estimating and managing contracts. Experience with energy, substations, and concrete, dirt, and pipe projects. Estimator will perform a variety of professional estimating duties related to developing estimates and procuring work for heavy civil construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Estimate preparation and bid submission
- Contract risk analysis
- Business partner relationships
- Budget preparation and buyout
- Quantity take-offs
