CIVIL/GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER
Growing New Jersey engineering firm is expanding its current staff due to an increase in workload and is actively looking to hire a degreed (BS) Civil/Geotechnical Engineer with 3-5 years' experience.
This individual will assist in the completion of geotechnical projects.Assist in the performance of geotechnical explorations and investigations. Soils/materials testing, maintenance of lab quality reviews and certifications, management of equipment inventory and calibration, client communication and report preparation.
Duties:
Prepare geotechnical engineering reports. Some interaction with clients on non-technical aspects of the projects.
Oversee the performance of soils laboratory test results
Plan and execute subsurface investigation programs, locating test borings in the field and utility coordination.
Ability to be reliable, on time, team player, ability to monitor and enforce quality control standards and specifications, read blueprints, quality minded and client focused.
