Thriving heavy construction contractor in NYC is hiring a Project Manager with 5+ years experience. Position is full time/permanent with medical, sick/vacation, paid mileage, and a ton of room for upward mobility.
Job Duties & Qualifications:
- BS in Engineering-Construction, Civil, etc.
- 3+ years’ experience working on MTA projects.
- Assist in preparing construction work plans.
- Experience working on MTA projects.
- Coordinate the work schedule for subcontractors.
- Prepare requisitions, trend sheets, and review reports.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
