Project Architects
Top architectural firm in VA state is looking for multiple Project Managers to join their growing team. Licensed Architects with project history in either markets: Higher ED/K-12 and RETAIL are highly desired for this office. Not a registered Architect, but still have extensive experience in those markets? Still apply! They have other positions, such as Job Captains and Contract Administrators, that you may be great for.
Requirements:
- Registered Architect and BS in Architecture with experience
- Experience managing projects
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, create & meet budgets
- Proven record of working on multiple projects concurrently
- Great Design skills with AutoCAD
- SketchUp, Photoshop, and InDesign proficiency
- Construction Contract experience
- Project experience with Higher Education, K-12, and Retail +++
