Job Details:
Seeking an experienced construction project manager with a background in field service.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage the relationship between the manufacturer, subcontractors, clients, construction personnel etc.
- Travel to construction/build sites and oversee the installation of company products
- Arrange schedules for delivers, installs, etc.
- Inspect completed work to ensure installs meet company standards
- Attend construction site meetings
- Keep constant line of communication open
Qualifications:
- Very strong communication skills
- Experience working with Microsoft office
- 3+ years experience in construction as a Project Engineer, Project Manager, Superintendent, etc.
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Manager, Engineering or related field
- Construction estimating and inspection experience
- Bilingual preferred
- Strong organizational skills with a track record of following through on task
- Ability to work flexible hours
