My client is a well respected Commercial retail construction management firm. Looking for a General Superintendent that can hit the ground running doing commercial and retail big box construction in the PA, NJ, DEL and MD area. Able to lay out a job and read column to column and have total P & L Responsibility. This person will be given a lot of autonomy so good follow up with the central office and with subcontractors is essential. Procure software knowledge is a bonus! If you have this type of experience we should talk! Mixed use multi-story, commercial fit out, tenant fit up, out of ground commercial, medical, retail and restaurant will all be considered!
